Rah! Rah! Rah!

I can’t think of a single competitive endeavour that hasn’t been shaken by scandal in recent years, be it drugs, match-fixing or Stade Français’s shirts [pictured].

But only University Challenge could be rocked to its foundations by the revelation that a contestant who claimed to be a chemistry student was actually a trainee management consultant.

... but there's more to the Stade Français shirts than meets the eye - apparently they're only on sale through the English language SF website. What does that imply for anglophones?

He answered 2 starters-for-ten which got them steaming ahead. The real shock is that a Management Consultant should actually be so useful in a practical sense.

I know what a chemist does but management consultants are a blank book in my mind. Are they like troubleshooters?

I see, Christopher. So French fans have to make do with shirts like this and this?

Rog/Billy: In fact, subsequent reports would seem to suggest that he's not a mgt cons, he's an accountant. Although, to be honest, I'm not sure what they do either.
