Never forget the sacrifice of those dedicated technicians scooping out tonnes of fat and grease from the dark subterranean arteries of London. We must all be grateful for some meaning in our lives and the very significant contribution to society. Who else can sit up at posh dinner parties when asked about one's profession and say: "I have a shitty job, and I enjoy it"!
